About Us

Dave Weller has lived in St. George for over 40 years and has been building beautiful custom homes for more than 25 years. He takes great pride in the homes he builds. His team consists of some of the best designers, subcontractors and suppliers in the area. Dave is a very “hands on” builder that is on site running the job. His attention to detail and expectations from his subcontractors and suppliers has earned him a great deal of respect in the industry. Dave served as President of the Southern Utah Home Builders (SUHBA) in 2017.

Ashlee has lived here in Southern Utah for most of her life.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southern Utah University and completed her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).  She loves spending time outdoors especially in beautiful Southern Utah!  She is a Marathoner and has run the St. George Marathon multiple times.  It is by far her favorite race.  She also loves hiking, boating, running, traveling and spending time with her family.

She absolutely loves the Real Estate Industry!  She has a background in New Construction and loves the building process.  She also spent 4 years in the Title and Escrow Industry (most recently as an Escrow Officer) so she has a thorough understanding of the whole purchasing process.  She understands how stressful buying and selling a home can be and is committed to making the process as stress free and easy as possible!
